WANING IMMIGRATION LAW.
Costs
1. Initial consultation
The initial consultation is intended to provide an initial legal assessment of your immigration-related matter. During this consultation, your personal situation, eligibility requirements, and available documentation will be reviewed. During the consultation, you will receive an assessment of your legal options, the prospects of success for an application, a lawsuit, or an appeal, as well as guidance on the necessary next steps to take with immigration authorities, embassies, courts, or other relevant agencies.
For private individuals, the fee for an initial consultation is 200.00 euros, including sales tax. This amount is based on the statutory fee for an initial consultation with consumers pursuant to the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG).
Upon request, a written action plan or legal opinion can be prepared for an additional fee, clearly summarizing the recommended steps and required documents.
2. Legal representation
After the initial consultation, you decide whether you wish to have further legal representation.
You can expect individual support tailored to your personal situation, a realistic assessment of your legal options, and reliable guidance throughout the entire process.
Transparency regarding costs is important to me. Before any engagement, I will clearly inform you about the expected fees.
My fees depend on the scope and complexity of each case. I generally agree on an individual fixed fee for out-of-court or court representation, ensuring that costs are transparent and predictable from the outset.
The remuneration is based at least on the fees according to the Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG).
